Week Two

What followership means to me is you are looking for guideance and want to improve their selves. When I speak to others I always try to listen to the best of my abilily to see how they can help me improve myself. I also like to gain the knowledge from someone that is willing to guide me. Followership is important to myself expand and improve as a person.
